These are vintage leather straps that may have come from military-style binocular or field gear cases. The strap with the silver buckle measures 34 inches, while the one with the black buckle is 32 inches. Both straps are approximately half an inch wide. The buckles and leather construction suggest they were made for military-issued or civilian outdoor equipment during the mid-20th century. I’ve seen these types on vintage 20th century camera cases too. Collectors or restorers of vintage military or field equipment might find them particularly useful. I just can’t tell you more about them, other than if you need a vintage strap to replace a broken one, you are in LUCK. You are so lucky in so many ways. I can see it in you. You lucky.
