Medic Wound Tags

Reproduction on card stock.  White.  Medic Wound Tag.  Medics had to put one of these on the uniform of any man they treated, and this would tell the doctors at the aid station what was done for the wounded man.  A string could be attached and the tag threaded through a button hole, or they were pinned to the uniform somewhere visible.  Ours are simple, but great in the field.  Sold in a pack of 10 tags.
