Change of Address Card

If your post changed, you got this little guy to fill out and mail.  It’s a two sided copy, the information is on the back, and the mailing address you put on the front.  Basically it’s a little post card you mailed to creditors, subscriptions, or any person or organization you needed to tell of a new address.  Card stock, white, 5 x 3 inches.
